The pre-handover clean to a brand new or newly renovated home is a vital component in the final construction stages. It is paramount that you deliver the best possible result to your client when you handover the keys. In order to clean a building after construction you need to clean every inch with a fine-tooth comb to make sure you remove any leftover dirt, rubbish and dust. 

This service involves removal of trade defects such as render splatter on windows, removing grout haze on tiles, detailing of tiles, paint marks from floorboards, removal of builder’s dust, removal of waste and much more. The final detail clean is what will give your home that showroom quality finish.

End of Lease/Vacate Cleans

End of Lease/Vacate Cleans

With an overwhelming list of items to check off in order to vacate your rental property it can add extra stress to the already difficult task of moving house. The standards of returning a house to an agent are being more and more complex costing us precious time and money.

Our vacate clean service comes with a 100% guarantee to have your bond returned. If your landlord is unhappy with any of our cleaning, we will return within 72 hours of the work being completed to address any disputes.

This type of cleaning is becoming much more detailed than a typical domestic clean as we often have to remove and clean fixtures and appliances that may never have been cleaned before for example light fittings, blinds, ovens, vents and fans. For that reason, it can take a considerable amount of time and energy to complete. It’s extremely important that you hire a company with experience in 'End of Lease' cleaning to ensure your service is completed to the highest standard.

*A $100 deposit is required to confirm booking with remaining balance due upon completion.
